Switch Properties is a very good letting agency, a very caring team for the tenant and makes the landlord to do his/her duties (so important for housing maintenance). They help us through the moving in process to find an appropriate house for my family and I. This agency do let properties to parent-students without any problems (many agencies don’t let to families even if one of the parents are students). We totally recommend this letting agency to the Latin American community.
